Status of this document

This is a working draft prepared for product architecture and legal review. It is not an approved agreement and is not represented as currently effective. Jurisdiction, age thresholds, entity details, dispute terms and effective dates require counsel approval.

Accounts and eligibility

The intended service requires accurate account information, reasonable security practices and guardian involvement where a user is below the applicable age of digital consent. Final age and guardian rules will depend on the territories in which the service launches.

• Keep credentials confidential and review active sessions.
• Do not sell, transfer or impersonate another person’s account.
• Guardians remain responsible for permissions configured for a minor’s account.

Platform conduct

The proposed rules prohibit unlawful use, harassment, exploitation, fraud, security testing without written permission, automated abuse and interference with other players or the service. Moderation and appeal procedures still require operational and legal review.

Purchases and services

Physical goods, digital goods, in-game items and closed-loop credit have different fulfilment and refund characteristics. The final terms must incorporate the approved Refund, Shipping, Digital Goods and Virtual Currency policies.
