Draft policy / Legal review required
Digital Goods Policy
Draft rules for downloads, game licences, keys, DLC, soundtracks and account entitlements.
Working draft · 24 August 2026 · Not effective
Status of this document
This document is a product and legal draft. Licence scope, cancellation rights, platform dependencies and territory-specific disclosures require approval before digital goods are sold.
Delivery and access
Digital goods should be attached to the purchasing account only after verified payment. Delivery may take the form of an account entitlement, download, licence, game key or activation instruction, and the product page should identify the method before checkout.
Licence and restrictions
Unless an approved product term says otherwise, the intended model grants personal access rather than ownership of intellectual property. Resale, unauthorised sharing, circumvention and commercial redistribution would be prohibited.
Failure and support
Customers should have a documented route when delivery fails, a key is invalid or content is materially defective. Refund treatment must align with mandatory law and the approved Refund Policy.
