Shipping regions, carriers, service levels, costs and delivery estimates have not been approved. This draft describes the information a final policy must disclose and must not be treated as a delivery promise.
Before checkout
The store should show whether a destination is supported, the available delivery methods, estimated charges and any known product restrictions before payment is confirmed.
Dispatch and delivery
A final policy should explain handling times, tracking availability, address-change limits, failed delivery, damaged parcels and the allocation of import duties or taxes. These rules must match actual carrier contracts and consumer law.
